This one is kind of weird - it looks like a piebald duck of some sort, and the bill/green head colouration indicates it's probably a male mallard, but the body doesn't match. I'm still not entirely sure this ID is correct, but I think it's a piebald hybrid mallard x one of the other ducks that live in the area - pacific black duck or grey teal/chestnut teal maybe.
