An animated pixel art image of a gachapon machine in dark teal colours. On the top right of the machine is colourful text saying "corow.net". Under the capsule area, there is a price indicator that says "$0.00". A mouse cursor is placed over the handle of the machine. The handle of the machine is turning, causing the capsules to bounce with each half-turn, and every 2 half-turns, a pink and seafoam-coloured capsule falls out through the hole in the bottom left of the machine and bounces a couple of times. The animation then loops again.

Gacha Gacha

The capsule falling out is CSS animations. The rotation and bouncing internal capsules are actual spritesheet animations. I didn't reference any specific machine for this - in fact it probably shouldn't even have the coin return slot on the bottom right, but it just felt kind of empty, so I added it anyways. I'm very happy with the result! I really like filler text as a design element but hate having to actually come up with the text, so having them this tiny and unreadable is great. I'm starting to feel it's a waste of effort to only use this in one specific area of my site, so I'm cooking up plans for using it in a more generic manner...as if I don't already have enough projects on my hands...but it would be fun...but I have so many projects...(screaming)
