New start menu, and start bar icons. I decided on the colour palette very early on so that I wouldn't have to pull out new colours all the time (I get stuck on this) and it's really helped with coordinating assets and everything. I was hoping to find a pair of pixel fonts that would match nicely in both normal and bold font weights, but couldn't find one in 1:1 ratio...so this is the only 2:1 ratio pixel art in here so far. Depending on whether I feel like making an entirely new font I might update it later.
